We are Melody and Antoine, a French couple living in New York City.

We first came to Saint Martin and Grand Case in 2019, and the island stayed with us immediately: the beach, the sunsets, the restaurants, the French Caribbean rhythm, and the feeling that everything in Grand Case could be enjoyed simply, on foot, and close to the water.

After coming back again and again, we decided to purchase our first apartment in Grand Case. What started as a personal place by the sea quickly became something more. We discovered how much we loved hosting guests, sharing the neighborhood, and helping people experience the island in a warm, easy, and personal way.

Grand Case Beach Rentals grew from that first apartment. Our goal is to offer thoughtfully prepared stays that feel boutique, comfortable, and honest: beautiful locations, clear communication, well-equipped apartments, and human support before and during your trip.

We are based in NYC, but Saint Martin has become a second home for us. Pauline, our local concierge, lives about 10 minutes from Grand Case and is part of the team. She helps us welcome guests on the island and is available locally if anything is needed during a stay.
