The apartment is on a road that can be busy at times; premium soundproof windows were added for comfort.
As on many small islands, tap water is not recommended for drinking or cooking. Bottled water is recommended.
Short water or power outages can occasionally happen on the island and are outside the host's control.
Parking in front of the residence has 6 spaces for 8 apartments and is available first-come, first-served.
Additional parking is usually available near the Post Office, about 3-5 minutes away on foot.
