Payments
Direct booking payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security policies.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, booking operations, payment processing, email, analytics, customer support, and local concierge support. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Retention
We keep booking and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to manage reservations, support guests, comply with tax or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
