Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to direct bookings made through Grand Case Beach Rentals. Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com follow the policy shown on that platform.
Moderate cancellation policy
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% refund from 7 to 13 days before check-in, and no nightly refund inside 7 days.
14+ days before check-in
Guests receive a full refund of the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and taxes.
7-13 days before check-in
Guests receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee and applicable refundable taxes.
Less than 7 days before check-in
The nightly rate is non-refundable. The cleaning fee is refunded if the guest has not checked in.
After check-in
No automatic refund applies after check-in, except where required by law or approved by the host.
Additional Notes
Cancellation timing is calculated from the property's local check-in date in Saint Martin.
Platform bookings follow the cancellation policy shown on the platform where the reservation was made.
Direct booking refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processor fees may be non-refundable where they are not returned by the processor.
